Aneta Risteska completed her undergraduate studies in 2004 at the Faculty of Economics in Prilep (major of Accounting, Finance and Auditing). Immediately after graduation, she continued her studies at the post-graduate course “Business Administration MBA – Management” and completed it within the stipulated time, with an average grade of 9.9. In 2008, she defended her master’s thesis on the topic “Capital market and financing of businesses in the Republic of Macedonia”. In 2008 she was selected as a junior assistant in the group of economic subjects, and in 2011 she was selected as an assistant in the field of business and economics. In 2013, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic “The impact of small and medium enterprises on economic development, with special reference to the Republic of Macedonia”. She is the author of a large number of papers on the topics related to the management in small and medium enterprises, strategic management as well as financial management for companies. She was participant in several international projects in the class of Tempus and Erasmus+.
