Scientific Research Center for Bioinformatics and Applied Biology – This center represents a significant organizational unit of the Institute in the field of biomedical research, emphasizing an integrative scientific approach that combines in vitro, in vivo, and bioinformatics methods.

Scientific Research Center for Chemoinformatics and Computational Physics – In their work to date, members of the center

have focused on in silico design of new pharmacophores and the investigation of mechanisms and prediction of their toxicological properties.

Scientific Research Center for Experimental Chemistry – Research at this center is directed towards the application of synthesis of various organic compounds, Schiff base molecules, and heterocyclic systems with pronounced antibacterial, antifungal, and anticancer activities.

Scientific Research Center for Numerical Modeling and Biomechanics – This center is distinguished by its multidisciplinary approach to studying biomechanical systems through the use of advanced numerical methods and simulations.

Scientific Research Center for the Application of Information Technology in Engineering – This center is engaged in the development of mathematical models, numerical simulations, and applications in engineering.
