Title: Research Associate
The scientific research of Dr. Jovana Delić is in the field of food engineering and involves the development of innovative food products, food safety testing, production process improvement, as well as the discovery of new alternative raw materials. Based on the subject matter, her work can be grouped into three thematic areas:
- Creation and characterization of new functional snack products and optimization of the production process
- Quality and safety of meat semi-products and products
- Traditional products and products with a geographical indication
