Katarina Lazić was born on November 6th 1995 in Priština (Republic of Serbia). She has graduated English language and literature at the Faculty of Philology and Arts of the University of Kragujevac in 2019 with a grade point average 8,93 (eight and 93/100). She has defended her master thesis entitled “Re-examination of femininity in Wuthering Heightsand Jane Eyre” at the Faculty of Philology and Arts of the University of Kragujevac in 2020. During her master’s studies she has achieved a grade point average 9,71 (nine and 71/100). She has enrolled in her PhD studies in 2020 at the Faculty of Philology and Arts of the University of Kragujevac. During her PhD studies she has achieved a grade point average 9,61 (nine and 61/100). The topic of her doctoral dissertation (which is currently in the process of writing) is “The Economy of Self-Sacrifice in the prose of Kazuo Ishiguro. The mentor of her doctoral dissertation is Dr Nikola Bubanja, full professor at the Faculty of Philology and Arts of the University of Kragujevac.
